Cars = my automolove is all about cars and car culture. It features historic and contemporary Australian art works that reflect our daily experience of loving cars and driving as well as the infrastructure and landscape that cars inhabit.
The exhibition features paintings, printmaking, sculpture, photographs and video from leading Australian public and private collections, plus a commissioned video about cars and car enthusiasts that meet in Morayfield.
This is a Moreton Bay Regional Council exhibition led by guest curator Stephen Hobson. This project has been assisted by the Gordon Darling Foundation.
